Don’t lose your power 4

If you don’t use your power, you’ll lose your power.

You can lose it on all fronts: physical, mental, emotional, relational, and political.

Power by Arthur Arent from The New York Public Library Digital Collections

Pick up your power and use it.

Move daily – walk, run, climb, bike, dance, swim, whatever but move it-move it!

Pick up your power and use it.

Read, write, watch and think.

Pick up your power and use it.

Connect, love, laugh and touch.

Pick up your power and use it.

Advocate, agitate and activate.

Pick up your power and use it.

Create and appreciate.

Pick up your power and use it.

Share, support and elevate.

We each have power.  We each have always had power though sometimes we don’t realize it and keep waiting for someone else, some other time, some sort of permission to do things we want to do.

The power of love, the power of life, the power of being – pick it up.  Wear out don’t rust out.

Oh Miss Candy, how I miss your awesome wit and biting honesty. We worked together many, many moons ago and you spoke wisdom then. Indeed, this journey we’ve been gifted is a one-time present so we better make the most of unwrapping it and be grateful while we can. Happy to see you’re still keeping folks on their toes.
    God Bless You.
