Two quick gifts 24

#1 – Build your own bookshelf and engage with others on shelfari.com
I just discovered it and I’m enjoying it so.

# 2 – Quick & Delicious!

Chili-Rubbed Tilapia

Combine 2 T chili powder, 1/2 t garlic powder, 1/4 t salt
Dredge tilapia fillets in this – sauté over medium heat with 2 T olive oil.  Cook 3-4 minutes per side.  Turn carefully.
(I made two fillets – had enough rub for three.)

Meanwhile – steam asparagus for 3 minutes.  Take off steamer and lay out on plate to cool off.
Add to pan that tilapia was cooked in with 2-3 T fresh lemon juice.  Add 1/4 t salt.  Heat through.
I served this dish with wild rice.

Nutritious and delicious!
